LR: Good morning, we spoke last week and you reset my password for IPAY but it's still not letting me in.
Me: You don't speak English, do you?
LR: Not very well.
Me: Okay, give me a few moments, I need to speak to my manager, she only speaks English. I'm going to put you on hold and I'll be right back.
LR: No problem.
..a few seconds later..
Me: Okay, you will be receiving 2 emails within the next 10 minutes. One will have your login ID and the other will have a temporary password for you to login. As soon as you do so, the system will prompt you to change your login information. You will need to do this.
LR: Thank you so much for all of your help, I really don't mean to be a bother but if this doesn't work should I just call you back?
Me: Yes, I'll be here to help you with whatever else goes wrong.
LR: Thanks again. By the way, I wanted you to know, and I'm sure you get told this all the time, but you have a very pleasant sounding voice. It makes my day to call in the mornings to hear you answer the phone. Thought you'd like to know that you make my day. I hope this thing doesn't work so that I can call you again. Have a great day.
Me: Thank you very much, that's very sweet of you to say, but I sort of hope it works only so that you can get your pay stubs and you won't have to waste your time anymore.
[End of conversation, we hung up after a few more good-byes, IDK if its the deprivation of sweetness but this creepy ass guy made my day.]

I've seen almost everyone that works in this...
I feel so weird looking in the mirror and not seeing my thick black frames looking back at me that I thought they would all notice. I guess not. I guess it looks the same. That’s not entirely a bad thing I suppose.
